More Information about Reiki

Reiki is a hands-on healing technique, rediscovered & developed by a 19th century japanese monk, Dr Mikao Usui. Reiki heals by reconnecting body, mind & spirit to the flow of universal energy.

The Reiki practitioner acts as a channel for this energy to flow through, usually via the hands but sometimes through voice, advice or words of encouragement.

Each reiki session is a unique experience as the reiki adjusts in accordance with the individual needs of the recipient in the present moment.

Reiki Attunements use the Usui Shiki Ryoho method, which our staff are proficient in at 1st, 2nd and Master degree.
